We now have 2 new volunteers

Congratulations to the 2 new volunteers that have joined us today.

Sario528 has joined us with root access on bots1. He will be working on testing & helping develop new features for Sopel related tools.

Dmehus has joined us as our official PA. He has triage access on GitHub and will be working on Community Relations.
