After the hard work of our new team of directors, we have been able to launch brand new branding to allow us to secure our operational structure in a more formal manner and provide over £4,000 of funding over the next 10 years.

Effective today, we will now be managed and owned by FOSSBots Limited and operate as FOSSBots. We still hold the same desire to provide support run by projects for projects that we always have and our new name solidifies our commitment to free and open source automation.

Our new leadership team comprises of:

Ryan Knipe, Chair of the board / Director of Operations

Paul Keffer, Director of Site Reliability Engineering

Samuel Kirwin, Software Engineering Lead

Samuel will take up a director post as Director of Software Engineering in late summer / early autumn after the conclusion of the British exam season.

Samuel Kirwin, Miraheze Bot’s former Technical Lead and now FOSSBots' Software Engineering Lead, said “I'm pleased to see the future of the project guaranteed by our amazing team of volunteers that have put their heart and soul into ensuring we can pull every part of this off. A massive thank you also goes to Miraheze who we've partnered with to provide services too since the beginning and who have been our title project throughout the last few years. I hope that we can continue to support their success and services as well as go on to provide support to many more projects”
