Effective the publishing of this document, by order of the Technical lead, MacFan4000 has been granted emergency powers for up to 14 days to perform any responsibilities the Technical Lead would normally have excluding the power to change the technical lead.

This decision has been taken to ensure continuity of operations following personal events involving @RhinosF1 in the event of him being unavailable. Both @RhinosF1 and @MacFan4000 will be able to act to perform the duties of the role.
