Recommendation for future upgrades: Disable icinga alerts (or at least the emails) at the start of the upgrade process.

Matterbridge's license is Apache 2.0, so we're clear to host/run a bridge ourselves. I think our next best step is to set up a test bridge and see how well it works for our use case.

I think we should stick with our 'previous+current+next' system. If Python has the volunteers to support extra versions, that's great for them but we don't. I recommend dropping 3.7 in October as planned.
